Property Manager

Location: 100% in-office in Charlotte, NC. Remote work is not an option.

What you will do

• Lead daily and long-term operations, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
• Direct financial activities such as monthly reporting, annual operating and capital budgets, and rent collection.
• Manage vendor procurement, invoice approvals, and contract compliance to ensure optimal property operations.
• Oversee lease administration, including move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement coordination.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships through effective communication and prompt resolution of technical or administrative issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or reconditioning projects.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Charlotte, NC.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial property management.
• Advanced knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin is preferred.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation.
