What you will do
- Develop high and low voltage electrical system models using Saber, Matlab, Simulink, and Simscape.
- Perform electrical circuit analysis to deliver robust and reliable design solutions.
- Collaborate with propulsion, battery, and electrical architecture teams to meet system requirements.
- Integrate high-fidelity models, including battery cell electrochemistry and thermal/CFD, into simulations.
- Ensure the successful execution of development and validation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be able to report to the local office in Warren, Michigan.
- Two years of experience as a Power Electronics Engineer or related role.
- Proficiency in electrical data analysis tools including Spice, Simulink, and Simscape.
- Experience with low and high voltage systems in electrified vehicles (BEV, EREV, PHEV, HEV).
- Knowledge of electromagnetics field theory and electrical component validation.
