What you will do

• Design, develop, and program control software for automatic assembly lines.
• Maintain and ensure the proper function of production and test equipment.
• Develop, publish, and maintain current technical specifications.
• Train maintenance and production personnel on equipment functions.
• Collaborate with Quality personnel for troubleshooting, calibration, and repair.
• Implement cost reductions through process and equipment improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics degree preferred).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing shopfloor environment, including standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
