What you will do

• Execute complete end-of-line procedures and validate critical vehicle functions during initial power-up.
• Perform root cause analysis for electrical, mechanical, and software issues discovered during testing.
• Lead rework operations, define instructions, and verify fix effectiveness.
• Diagnose issues across powertrain, chassis, thermal, infotainment, ADAS, and network communication systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to escalate systemic issues and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic workflows, test scripts, and validation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, end-of-line testing, or integration.
• Solid understanding of vehicle architecture and systems integration (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, high-voltage systems).
• Proficiency with diagnostic and communication tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, and UDS protocol.
• Experience managing rework processes and reflash procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-focused startup environment.
