What you will do

• Lead the technology strategy for enabling functions, aligning initiatives with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development priorities.
• Drive innovation by implementing advanced technology solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of enterprise services.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by advancing data integration, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and governance of enterprise data across all corporate functions.
• Manage and mentor a global team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and aligning technology priorities with business strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years in IT or related field.
• Extensive experience in technology leadership roles supporting enterprise functions like HR, Legal, or Commercial.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve enterprise operations.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
