Salary: $405,000 - $485,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers building features to make Claude enterprise-ready at scale.
• Own end-to-end engineering execution, including planning, prioritization, delivery quality, and incident response.
• Partner with sales and customer success to translate enterprise requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with security and legal teams to drive compliance and platform-readiness.
• Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms or admin tools.
• Ability to execute at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and reliability.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York City offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML products and enterprise AI deployment.
• Background with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA.
• Experience building billing, pricing, or permissions infrastructure.
• Startup experience scaling platforms from early adoption to broad deployment.
• Knowledge of data residency and sovereignty requirements.
