What you will do

• Provide technical supervision for developers and QA teams, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to deliver content and architect replacement technology stacks.
• Define technical direction and manage the team's backlog in coordination with Tech Leads.
• Mentor staff in software design, coding, debugging, and test automation.
• Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum principles across the organization.
• Manage conflict and change to maintain team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience (supervisor, manager, or lead).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Generative AI, MCP, and Agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and relational database design.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and Angular/Javascript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
