What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, shaping multi-year technology roadmaps and enterprise decisioning strategies.
- Lead high-complexity engagements end-to-end, translating business objectives into scalable solution architectures.
- Align Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services around unified, long-term customer outcomes.
- Develop and scale repeatable executive engagement patterns, reference architectures, and operational playbooks.
- Represent as a thought leader at industry forums, customer summits, and executive briefings.
- Own escalation strategy and incident management governance across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Extensive experience as a principal or staff-level individual contributor advising VP and executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of designing multi-year technology roadmaps and platform adoption strategies in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in decisioning, analytics, fraud, and platform modernization.
- Strong ability to align cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Experience guiding customers through complex technical transformations such as cloud adoption and platform migrations.
