Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Compensation: $240,000–$300,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for ITDR and ISPM product lines.
- Drive technical roadmaps and best practices to ensure product scalability and performance.
- Hire, coach, and mentor engineering managers and high-performing individual contributors.
- Implement AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Threat Operations teams to align on technical vision.
- Optimize engineering processes to improve quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership within a modern SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher.
- Proven success in building, leading, and coaching engineering managers and teams.
- Deep understanding of scalable software delivery and on-premise software agent best practices.
- Experience with AI coding tools and hypothesis-driven development methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shape Up, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Background in cybersecurity or identity management solutions.
