Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Compensation: $240,000–$300,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for ITDR and ISPM product lines.
• Drive technical roadmaps and best practices to ensure product scalability and performance.
• Hire, coach, and mentor engineering managers and high-performing individual contributors.
• Implement AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Threat Operations teams to align on technical vision.
• Optimize engineering processes to improve quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership within a modern SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher.
• Proven success in building, leading, and coaching engineering managers and teams.
• Deep understanding of scalable software delivery and on-premise software agent best practices.
• Experience with AI coding tools and hypothesis-driven development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shape Up, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Background in cybersecurity or identity management solutions.
