What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable and Collections staff to drive high performance.
• Oversee the accurate preparation and distribution of customer invoices and evaluate billing procedures.
• Analyze aging reports and execute collection strategies to minimize risk and improve cash flow.
• Supervise account reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely application of incoming payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve complex billing discrepancies.
• Support ERP upgrades and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, preferably in large-scale manufacturing.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of mechanics liens, regulations, and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred).
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Fremont, California.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non-finance stakeholders.
