What you will do

  • Prepare and process accounts payable for both Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order invoices.
  • Enforce three-way matching for all Purchase Order invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Supervise and train junior Accounts Payable Specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all company expenditures.
  • Lead the implementation of new automation systems for paperless record-keeping and approval processes.
  • Automate domestic and international payments, expense reports, and sales tax workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Rockville, MD.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the United States.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable processes and financial record-keeping.
  • Strong understanding of three-way matching and invoice processing.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in utilizing office equipment and financial software.
