Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Compensation: $180K–$230K + Offers Equity

What you will do
- Own go-to-market end to end: lead positioning, messaging, buyer research, launch, and enablement for a product or segment.
- Develop product positioning and narrative that ties offerings into a single story about growing customer lifetime value.
- Create market-making moments by identifying launches, data, and campaigns that drive differentiation and adoption.
- Partner across the product lifecycle with Engineering to influence what gets built, plus pricing and packaging, through launch and into adoption.
- Enable the field with decks, one-pagers, case studies, and talk tracks for partnerships and founders.
- Run competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, then feed insights into messaging and the roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally with experience launching products (not only maintaining them).
- Fintech, payments, or enterprise B2B background is preferred due to the buyer audience (payments leaders and technical counterparts).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate complex ideas into clear external messaging.
- Comfort operating as the first and only product marketing team member with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency with modern tools, including using AI to accelerate research, drafting, and competitive work.
