TL;DR

Senior Director of Product Marketing (AI/B2B SaaS): Designing and leading an AI-native product marketing function to evolve the company's product narrative and category strategy with an accent on agent-driven workflows and GTM orchestration. Focus on replacing manual PMM processes with continuous intelligence systems and integrating AI agents into the strategic spine of the organization.

What you will do

  • Design and lead an AI-native Product Marketing function by architecting strategic spines, agent workflows, and governance models.
  • Own and refine the core product story, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across all segments and regions.
  • Lead Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) orchestration, designing playbooks for both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG).
  • Establish an always-on Customer, Competitive, and Market Intelligence system using AI agents for continuous monitoring.
  • Collaborate on Pricing, Packaging, and Monetization decisions and translate them into compelling buyer narratives.
  • Coach the PMM team, defining a human + agent operating model and building AI fluency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • 8+ years of experience leading PMM teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Proven success launching technical SaaS products and driving multi-segment GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS monetization, pricing, and packaging.
  • Demonstrated experience designing workflows where AI agents handle execution within strategic frameworks.
  • Experience with adtech, martech, data analytics, cloud platforms, BI tools, or data warehousing.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the workflows of Marketing Ops, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Growth teams.
  • Experience operating agent-driven workflows for competitive intelligence or content generation.
  • Familiarity with AI agent platforms, prompt engineering, or workflow automation tools.
