What you will do

• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects using department methodology, ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
• Develop and track project plans, lead meetings, provide status reports, manage issues, and deliver cross-functional objectives.
• Define and implement project management methodology with tollgates, communication plans, risk management, and escalations.
• Establish PMO processes including demand management, resource planning, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Align annual project roadmaps with business needs and manage PMO tools for consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• PMI Certification required.
• Minimum 7-10 years in IT with 2-3 years in IT project management or supervising IT associates.
• Expert in MS Project, MS Project Server; advanced Microsoft Office, Visio.
• Knowledge of networking, applications, databases, ITSM frameworks, SDLC/ERP methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, business consulting, and financial management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Technical competencies in data center technologies, servers, storage, network, applications, desktop.
