Salary: $103,000 — $129,000 USD (annual base salary / On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, project plan, budget, and timing for cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute company projects, communicating vision, purpose, and guiding principles.
- Provide regular updates to project teams and business leaders on status, risks, and accomplishments.
- Track and manage project dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze risks and create risk mitigation plans while keeping focus on end-state deliverables.
- Establish approval processes, decision tracking, and cadenced demos; support change management and adoption of improved processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing medium-to-large projects and programs.
- Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining project plans, coordinating resources, and managing program rollout processes.
- Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of change management principles and project performance evaluation.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams; comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
- Comfort using judgment and analytical skills in ambiguous situations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies.
- Experience using agentic tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to streamline work processes.
