What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of claims processes across multiple business lines.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of process innovation and automation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee and participate in the testing and validation of new vendor solutions and technology functionality.
• Partner with Technology teams and Product Owners to validate new functionality and support implementation.
• Collaborate with Analytics to quantify efficiencies, track ROI, and monitor the impact of new processes.
• Perform hands-on process analysis, workflow mapping, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in claims operations or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor solutions and system testing.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Must be based in North Carolina (NC) or Virginia (VA).

Nice to have

• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management certification.
• Prior people or project leadership experience.
• Experience with governance or compliance oversight.
