Claims Process Innovation Manager (Insurance)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, including AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, and WI

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of claims processes across multiple business lines.
• Manage and prioritize process innovation, automation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Test and validate vendor solutions, automation tools, and new technology functionality with Technology teams and Product Owners.
• Partner with Claims leadership, frontline operations, Shared Services, Analytics, and vendors to identify workflow challenges and implement practical improvements.
• Conduct process analysis, workflow mapping, root cause analysis, and validation activities.
• Track efficiency, ROI, vendor quality, adoption, compliance, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in claims operations or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations, analytical skills, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor solutions and system testing.
• Ability to collaborate across Claims, Shared Services, Technology, Product, Analytics, FP&A, and vendor teams.
• Must work remotely from one of the listed United States states.

Nice to have

• Prior people or project leadership experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management certification.
• Experience with governance or compliance oversight.
