Salary: $59,144 - $129,498

What you will do

• Research, design, and revise training courses and catalogs for SAP ERP systems.
• Prepare student materials including manuals, workbooks, and handouts.
• Conduct formal classroom training, workshops, and seminars for personnel.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for leadership and government sponsors.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to define processes for SAP training solutions.
• Mitigate risks and address issues while interfacing directly with clients.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual status).
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (or higher).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a training specialist in an ERP environment.
• 2 years of focused experience in an SAP environment.
• 1 year of SAP training experience in FI, CO, FM, or Supply Management.
• Experience with agile development processes, preferably SAFe or DevSecOps.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
