What you will do

• Work with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP application design across Arista’s ERP system landscape.
• Define, design, and maintain integrated systems solutions, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and confidentiality of business data.
• Lead project design reviews, systems testing, and user acceptance testing to meet business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Optimize NetSuite functionalities and processes to improve configurability, availability, and scalability while reducing customization where possible.
• Develop and prioritize business applications roadmap and justify IT investment using cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience with ERP manufacturing/supply chain/finance & accounting systems.
• 6+ years of experience developing ERP customization workflows.
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes (Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Accounting).
• Experience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL workflows using Boomi or another cloud ETL tool; understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems.
