What you will do

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies.
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Support design, development, and testing activities to ensure performance and scalability.
• Create implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement and internal tool development.
• Mentor, train, and enable delivery team resources.

Requirements

• Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to report to SCIF location.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions and 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and Web services/Middleware (REST/SOAP).

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Authentication protocols (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
• Background in Data management, visualization, or BI.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
