What you will do

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for all products aligned with business objectives.
• Own the marketing pipeline, overseeing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Oversee customer journey touchpoints including email, digital, paid media, and events.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Finance teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
• Lead the integration of AI and automation to scale experimentation and optimize ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and lead the Growth Marketing team through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B growth experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from one of the specified approved US states.
• Proven track record of building demand generation programs that meet or exceed pipeline targets.
• Deep experience across the full marketing mix: paid media, email, SEO, and website optimization.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and revenue attribution modeling.
• Demonstrated AI literacy with experience leading AI-driven transformations in marketing.
