TL;DR
Manager of Partnerships (Healthcare): Fostering and strengthening relationships between healthcare systems, hospitals, and community partners to enhance referral networks and patient care. Focus on developing new referral pathways, executing territory plans, and driving organizational growth through strategic account management.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nashville, TN. Role is 50% remote and 50% travel within the greater Nashville area.
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
- Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with regional operations leaders to align sales priorities with business goals.
- Execute territory plans and meet critical call activity KPIs through in-person and virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the CRM system.
- Present quarterly strategic plans for top-tier accounts to drive growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience calling on complex health systems is highly desired.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time within the greater Nashville area.
Nice to have
- Experience with Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorder treatment.
- Experience interfacing with criminal justice organizations.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
