What you will do
- Build the provider referral engine from 0 to 1 and scale it nationally.
- Identify, prioritize, and win high-potential referral sources including PCPs, pediatricians, and community clinics.
- Create territory and market launch plans, including outreach cadence and provider education events.
- Own referral growth metrics, optimizing the funnel from referral to completed visit.
- Collaborate with product, clinical operations, and marketing teams to remove friction in the referral experience.
- Hire, coach, and manage a national team of Provider Partnerships Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare business development, provider partnerships, or referral-growth roles.
- Proven track record of increasing referral volume through direct provider relationships.
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, including EHRs, intake, and insurance coverage.
- Strong field-sales instincts with a high-activity approach to account prioritization and outreach.
- Ability to build trust across physicians, practice administrators, and executive stakeholders.
- Must have US work authorization or be eligible for US Visa Sponsorship.
