What you will do
- Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
- Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with physicians, specialists, and office administrators.
- Prospect into new medical offices to establish referral partnerships from the ground up.
- Manage and grow referral volume within existing accounts through consistent follow-up.
- Educate healthcare providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
- Track all activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be located in Colorado Springs, CO.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, or high-performance environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to spend the majority of the work week in the field.
- Track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
