Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partner pipeline from prospecting to active production.
- Develop and execute territory-level outreach strategies across providers, health plans, and community organizations.
- Direct and oversee Member Acquisition Specialists to ensure field activity aligns with enrollment goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders and referral partners.
- Monitor performance data to coach teams and optimize deployment strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve speed-to-enrollment and conversion outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or field sales.
- Must reside in Sacramento county, California and be willing to travel extensively throughout Northern California.
- Proven success in performance-driven environments with accountability for referral growth.
- Deep understanding of the California healthcare landscape and referral ecosystems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform growth strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with ECM, CalAIM, or Medicaid programs.
- Existing relationships within healthcare or community referral ecosystems.
- Experience managing or mentoring frontline outreach teams.
- Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
