Location: Must reside in Sacramento county, California. Role is field-based/hybrid covering Northern California.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partner pipeline from prospecting to active production.
  • Develop and execute territory-level outreach strategies across providers, health plans, and community organizations.
  • Direct and oversee Member Acquisition Specialists to ensure field activity aligns with enrollment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders and referral partners.
  • Monitor performance data to coach teams and optimize deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve speed-to-enrollment and conversion outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or field sales.
  • Must reside in Sacramento county, California and be willing to travel extensively throughout Northern California.
  • Proven success in performance-driven environments with accountability for referral growth.
  • Deep understanding of the California healthcare landscape and referral ecosystems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform growth strategies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ECM, CalAIM, or Medicaid programs.
  • Existing relationships within healthcare or community referral ecosystems.
  • Experience managing or mentoring frontline outreach teams.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
