What you will do

  • Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
  • Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with physicians, specialists, and office staff.
  • Prospect into new offices to establish referral partnerships from the ground up.
  • Manage and grow referral volume within existing accounts through consistent follow-up.
  • Educate providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Grand Rapids, MI.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, or high-performance environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to spend the majority of the week in the field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
