What you will do

• Develop joint marketing plans at the Scale Services category level for the SI/reseller ecosystem.
• Establish frameworks and templates to enable partners and regional teams to execute GTM motions independently.
• Design innovative campaigns, including demand gen and ABM, to close gaps in sales and marketing motions.
• Champion the AI Data Cloud narrative, ensuring partner messaging reflects the latest platform capabilities.
• Collaborate across partner alliances, product marketing, and field teams to create new GTM opportunities.
• Provide directional guidance and mentorship to junior partner marketing teammates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 6+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem GTM roles.
• Deep familiarity with the SI/GSI and reseller ecosystem (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, CDW).
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and programs for partner execution.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Menlo Park, CA.
