Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $211,000 - $235,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the AMER field marketing strategy across multiple segments to drive measurable revenue contribution.
  • Lead, develop, and grow the regional field marketing team with a focus on coaching and accountability.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align field programs with territory priorities and pipeline gaps.
  • Build and execute joint programs with alliance partners, VARs, and resellers across North America.
  • Translate global campaign strategies into regional programs such as CISO dinners, roundtables, and roadshows.
  • Manage the AMER budget with a marginal ROI lens and maintain a strict program performance framework.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B field marketing experience, including senior or lead roles owning regional strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Strong command of pipeline-driven strategy, CPO modeling, and integrated campaign design.
  • Experience managing partner and channel co-marketing programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and field program attribution.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for field programs and internal events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets.
  • Familiarity with Federal/Public Sector marketing and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC).
  • Experience with ABM execution and tools such as Reachdesk or ZoomInfo Co-Pilot.
  • Experience managing MDF programs with distribution partners or large VARs.
