What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive field and channel marketing plan aligned with Public Sector GTM goals.
• Coordinate and execute local industry conferences, regional user groups, and partner-driven activities.
• Scale partner marketing strategies to drive partner-sourced pipeline and new business.
• Manage field marketing budgets and market development funds (MDF) with a focus on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create co-branded campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
• Analyze event performance and provide success reports to optimize future marketing investments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EST time zone
• 7+ years of experience in regional growth marketing, including event planning and execution.
• Demonstrable experience developing data-driven marketing strategies with clear measurement goals.
• Proficiency in managing event budgets, sponsorships, and cost optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
