What you will do

• Define and execute the partner go-to-market strategy for AI, aligning software release cycles with hardware roadmaps.
• Author high-fidelity technical content, including reference architectures and POV papers, to establish market authority.
• Bridge the gap between partner engineering and growth marketing to ensure commercial readiness for AI stacks.
• Develop specialized training for global sales teams to shift focus toward AI infrastructure ROI.
• Lead technical presence at major AI industry events like NVIDIA GTC and Embedded World.
• Assemble and coach a specialized team of technical marketers focused on the AI substrate.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in tech marketing or alliances at a high-growth AI or semiconductor company.
• Deep technical fluency in areas such as CUDA, Kubernetes orchestration, and Model Context Protocols.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical plumbing into compelling value propositions for C-level executives.
• Experience managing complex partner motions across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive presence with a focus on high-pressure partner negotiations.
