Salary: $61,000 – $91,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with underwriting and marketing teams to drive distribution and partner premium generation.
• Manage a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, fostering relationships and identifying growth potential.
• Conduct market research to identify target partners and gather competitive intelligence.
• Represent the company in distribution partner meetings and execute engagement opportunities.
• Establish and report on KPIs while maintaining CRM accuracy for partner interactions.
• Support regional event presence and logistics for retail-focused engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced project management or consulting roles.
• Experience in onboarding and guiding new customers to realize repeat value.
• Strong professional communication skills for phone and video interactions.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while managing a partner portfolio.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence executives at all organizational levels.
