Sales and Service Representative (Insurance)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, with additional hirify.global locations in Pewaukee, Wisconsin; Glen Allen, Virginia; and Henderson, Nevada. A hybrid work schedule is required if located near a hirify.global office. Core hours are 7:00am–8:00pm CST, Monday–Friday. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $18.46–$38.46 per hour overall across U.S. locations. MPL personal-lines rates include $22/hour for non-bilingual candidates without a P&C license, $23.50/hour for non-bilingual candidates with a qualifying license or bilingual candidates without a license, and $25/hour for bilingual Spanish/English candidates with a 220 P&C license.

What you will do

• Deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers.
• Balance sales and service responsibilities according to business needs using provided leads without outbound cold calling.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Communicate information clearly and efficiently by phone.
• Strive for first-call resolution and meet service-center performance standards.
• Support personal-lines products including boat, event, and e-bike insurance.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• The qualifying 220 General Lines Agent license is required for the licensed rate.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• At least one year of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Clear and professional phone communication, solid computer and grammar skills, and the ability to multitask across several systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service center with reliable attendance and demonstrated job stability.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Commercial lines 220 P&C license.
