• Lead a team of industry technical architects driving strategic customer engagements and AI adoption.
• Evolve technical discussions into line-of-business, persona-driven use cases anchored in business outcomes.

• Develop scalable engagement models, reference architectures, and industry blueprints.
• Influence product roadmaps by serving as the Voice of the Field to product and engineering teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, creating career development plans and coaching processes.

Requirements

• 20+ years of industry experience in Data & AI engineering or technical solutioning.
• 8+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong domain expertise in Data Warehousing, BI, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, and SaaS.
• Proven track record of building common engineering infrastructure and world-class reference architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise in human-centric design and running innovation workshops.
• Ability to translate complex technology into simple, persona-driven narratives for executive stakeholders.
