• Build, lead, and scale high-performing full-stack engineering teams delivering world-class consumer products.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science leaders to deliver innovative AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale consumer software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers.
• Proven experience operating in an AI-native environment with LLMs, copilots, and agents.
• Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and mobile/web platforms.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
