TL;DR
Workplace Experience Manager (Administration): Leading the strategy, operations, and evolution of global workplace facilities and employee experience programs with an accent on scaling office footprints and fostering company culture. Focus on balancing strategic real estate planning with day-to-day operational excellence across San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices.
Location: Must be based in the Bay Area and able to work onsite 3 days per week in San Francisco and Sunnyvale.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Oversee operations and high-quality workplace experiences across all global offices.
- Lead real estate strategy, including lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions.
- Manage office build-outs, renovations, and improvement projects from planning to execution.
- Own global workplace safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Develop and evolve employee experience programs, including recognition, onboarding, and office activations.
- Partner with leadership to support headquarters operations and execute company events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in global workplace experience, facilities, or office operations, preferably in high-growth tech.
- Strong in-office presence required: Must work onsite 3 days per week in the Bay Area (San Francisco/Sunnyvale).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and commercial real estate contracts.
- Deep knowledge of workplace safety, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with executives and external vendors.
