What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational excellence.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools like BMS, IoT sensors, and CMMS to track system performance and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to enhance the employee workplace experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, establish SLAs, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Develop and track operating and capital budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement safety programs and conduct routine reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of facilities management experience in corporate, industrial, or lab environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CMMS, BMS, Microsoft 365, and budgeting tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or SFP.
• LEED Green Associate or AP certification.
• OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification.
