TL;DR
Operational Quality Associate (Legal): Ensuring accuracy and integrity of SOP across assigned workflows with an accent on reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and detailed documentation. Location: Hybrid in Glendale, CA (2 days office, 3 days remote)
Salary: $35,000.00 - $58,600.00 USD

What you will do
- Reconcile SOP totals accurately and within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies or outliers across SOP reports and data sources.
- Maintain strict adherence to current Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards.
- Document reconciliation findings clearly and own the process end-to-end.
- Escalate unresolved issues and risks with detailed written summaries and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with Intake and Service Teams to resolve image quality issues and update records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet-based systems.
- Proven accuracy and efficiency in data entry and legal document review.
- Strong analytical skills to integrate information from multiple sources accurately.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Glendale, CA office on a hybrid schedule.
