What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for network providers, providing ongoing training and education on company policies and procedures.
• Manage and investigate network complaints, ensuring timely resolution through written and verbal communication.
• Identify patterns of non-compliance and institute appropriate remediation plans to improve provider performance.
• Coordinate between internal departments and providers to resolve issues and promote positive professional relationships.
• Prepare monthly oversight reports and complete Provider Quality and Credentialing (PQC) committee forms.
• Identify and coordinate mutually beneficial growth opportunities between the company and providers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Broad knowledge of workers' compensation industry practices, regulations, and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a home-office environment.
