What you will do

• Conduct regular audits of workflows and standard processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze data and distribute reports to local and national teams to provide actionable insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for operational systems, procedures, and resources.
• Manage and maintain accurate records within the Applied Epic platform.
• Lead or contribute to operational efficiency projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainment.
• Coordinate Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) functions and oversee quality review of outsourced workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3 to 5 years of experience within the P&C industry, preferably in agency operations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with P&C platforms like Applied Epic.
• Familiarity with agency tech stacks, automation tools, or KPI tracking methodologies.
• Prior experience in a customer support or operations role.
