What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications and documentation.
• Manage and process customer applications from intake to completion, ensuring adherence to program requirements.
• Navigate established workflows and operational procedures to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Review data reports to derive actionable insights and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with data collection for internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must live in Pennsylvania
• 3-6 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
