What you will do

• Define and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for SAP Hybris and AEM platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Design and guide change processes to improve digital customer experiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of eCommerce platforms.
• Manage project documentation and collaboration using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Support the full development lifecycle of commerce and marketing system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in AEM and SAP Commerce or SAP Hybris.
• Strong understanding of web application architectures and SAP Sales/Service Cloud functionality.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and delivery.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US office locations.
