What you will do

• Act as the Salesforce Business Analyst for Post-Sale initiatives, managing end-to-end lifecycle flows like renewals and support.
• Decompose business requirements into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine scope, prioritize backlogs, and ensure development readiness.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and development breakout sessions with engineering and QA teams.
• Serve as the primary translation layer between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Convert business processes into well-defined solution documentation and maintain system traceability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM in a SaaS or high-tech environment.
• Solid understanding of post-sale, customer lifecycle, and support systems.
• Proven experience using Jira for backlog management and user story authoring.
• Demonstrated success working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams and iterative release cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
