What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation for corporate and business positions.
• Manage and optimize the candidate experience from initial introduction through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of quality talent via networking, university outreach, and job fairs.
• Drive HR projects and manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within top-tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Experience with market mapping for the global market or Asia.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Must be positive about cryptocurrency.

Nice to have

• Business or corporate hiring experience specifically for Web3/Crypto companies.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
