Location: Must be based in California, USA (Hybrid: 10+ days per month in-office required).

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 USD (Base salary for CA-based positions).

What you will do

  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate passive and active candidates to build a high-quality, diverse pipeline.
  • Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders to understand unique role requirements.
  • Develop and execute business-specific diversity sourcing strategies.
  • Create and implement employer branding and social media campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Use data and systems to track sourcing outcomes and communicate results to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruiting tools and systems effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain immediacy.
  • Perceptive evaluation skills to assess candidate potential and capabilities.
