What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the Mexico market aligned with business growth plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast needs and build scalable hiring roadmaps.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake sessions to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Enhance the employer brand and ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and optimize ATS workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mexico talent market and hiring landscape.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience hiring for digital marketing, agency, or high-growth environments.
