What you will do
- Translate global engineering strategy into an Americas-specific execution model.
- Oversee regional engineering cost structure, productivity targets, and margin performance.
- Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-site programs and ensure compliance with regional codes.
- Lead and develop a team of engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated delivery and deal success.
- Represent Americas Engineering in executive forums and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proven experience managing regional organizations with financial and operational accountability.
- Strong executive communication and influence skills within a matrixed, global organization.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
