What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve regional growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new target clients.
• Lead fee-earning assignments, specializing in claims strategy and dispute avoidance.
• Manage and mentor commercial teams, fostering the career development of junior staff.
• Collaborate with senior management and international offices to align business goals.

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Local knowledge and experience of the USA market.
• Proven track record in preparing claims and leading commercial teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or a legal qualification (LLM) is preferred.
