What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to achieve revenue goals.
- Define and execute the DACH sales strategy to drive market expansion and sustainable growth.
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic territory planning and disciplined pipeline management.
- Leverage AI and modern GTM tools to improve forecasting accuracy and team productivity.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Represent the company to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across the DACH region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience in the DACH region.
- Fluency in English and German required.
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales organizations and delivering against revenue targets.
- Experience selling CDPs, marketing technology, or related enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles with six-figure+ contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
