Location: Must be based in Germany (Berlin or Munich) with hybrid work options.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5–8 BDRs to foster a culture of growth and high performance.
- Conduct live call-shadowing and deep-dive reviews to improve communication and sales effectiveness.
- Manage the full hiring and onboarding process to ensure new starters reach productivity within 30 days.
- Develop and execute hyper-personalized outbound strategies and manage speed-to-lead for inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align on lead qualification and revenue targets.
- Optimize the use of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Lead BDR or Front-line Manager role.
- Fluent in German and comfortable navigating the German business culture.
- Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for non-commodity or challenger brand solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage conversion funnels and sales development metrics.
- Familiarity with the HR space and ability to communicate effectively with CHROs and CFOs.
- Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich.
