Sales Development Senior Manager (SaaS): Leading and coaching a front-line BDR team to build a high-value prospecting engine for the German market with an accent on inbound/outbound strategy, sales cycle impact, and team performance. Focus on driving SQL/meeting targets, refining sales narratives, and leveraging AI tools to position wellness solutions as business-critical for CHROs and CFOs.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Berlin or Munich) with hybrid work options.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5–8 BDRs to foster a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Conduct live call-shadowing and deep-dive reviews to improve communication and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage the full hiring and onboarding process to ensure new starters reach productivity within 30 days.
  • Develop and execute hyper-personalized outbound strategies and manage speed-to-lead for inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align on lead qualification and revenue targets.
  • Optimize the use of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Lead BDR or Front-line Manager role.
  • Fluent in German and comfortable navigating the German business culture.
  • Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for non-commodity or challenger brand solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage conversion funnels and sales development metrics.
  • Familiarity with the HR space and ability to communicate effectively with CHROs and CFOs.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich.
