What you will do

  • Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies to decision-makers.
  • Track sales activities in the CRM and iterate on messaging for better conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven experience with cold outreach prospecting.
  • Proficiency with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales.
