What you will do
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies to decision-makers.
- Track sales activities in the CRM and iterate on messaging for better conversion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proven experience with cold outreach prospecting.
- Proficiency with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
