Lead Integration Consultant (Fintech): Designing, building, and delivering complex integration solutions for the hirify.global Dimension system with an accent on data transformation, API design, and system interoperability. Focus on managing end-to-end data portfolios, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring high-performing, secure software delivery for prestigious financial clients.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver technical integration solutions for hirify.global Dimension based on client requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex technical requirements for global implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure seamless system deployment.
• Perform unit testing, support System Integration Tests (SIT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across the team and the wider organization.
• Demo solutions to clients and provide ongoing technical support during the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle software implementation projects and systems integration.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data transformation (XML/XSLT).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and MQ Series or equivalent integration technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English (daily use in an international environment).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Ability to work under own initiative and manage complex data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating financial IT systems.
• Familiarity with global financial standards (SWIFT, ISO20022, MT/MX formats).
• Knowledge of investment finance, financial instruments, or capital markets.
